The company is owned by its founding shareholders, with rights, obligations and decision-making authority defined in the Memorandum and Articles of Association. Ownership is 100% South Sudanese.

Directors are appointed from among the shareholders to oversee strategic direction, policy development and corporate governance. The board sets direction and holds management accountable for delivery.

Day-to-day operations are managed by the executive team under board oversight, ensuring accountability, transparency and effective service delivery. Specialists are assigned to each engagement according to the expertise it requires.
