Website use
This website is provided for general information about GMI Training & Consultancy Ltd and its services. Content is offered in good faith but does not constitute legal, tax, financial or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as such. Formal advice is provided only under a signed engagement.
Engagements
Services are provided under a written agreement or terms of reference agreed in advance, setting out scope, work plan, methods, roles, deliverables, indicators and fees. Work is guided by South Sudanese law and recognised professional standards; financial and assurance work references generally accepted accounting principles and International Financial Reporting Standards where applicable.
Professional conduct
GMI is committed to integrity, confidentiality, objectivity and professional responsibility: matching qualified personnel to each assignment, applying internal quality review, handling information confidentially, and seeking regular client feedback. Conflict sensitivity, gender equality and social inclusion, safeguarding, accountability and anti-corruption apply across all assignments.
Intellectual property
Content on this website, including text, photographs and the GMI name and mark, belongs to GMI Training & Consultancy Ltd unless otherwise stated. Deliverables produced under an engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms of that engagement.

Governing law
These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan.
